"When we were planning on having a new house built, there wawa really only one choice of contractor for us. Again, Ducon did a fantastic job and we have the home we have dreamed about. They worked with us through the planning phase as well as all stages of the construction process. All of our custom work, including a custom floor and heating system, as well as a hand-built custom fireplace and balcony walk-around in our great room are exactly what we wanted. The high quality finish work we expected from them was delivered in spades. We would recommend them to anyone who wants a trouble-free, smooth custom home-building experience! "

"Ducon fully realized my vision for a large home in Prince Edward County. The work involved the almost complete demolition of our original house and the building of a large addition which is comprised of two new bedrooms and a bathroom. The entire project was handled with the highest degree of professionalism, from the initial visit to the house, to the design of the new floor plan and kitchen, and to the construction itself which was carried out under the supervision of our excellent Project Manager. Along the way Ducon was always available to answer questions as they arose and the project was completed on time and to the highest of standards. We could not be more happy with our new home. "

"Ducon renovated our kitchen, and we cannot be more happy with the final result! Our kitchen had a lot of windows with a difficult layout. They took the time and worked with us to develop a design that allowed for more cupboard and counter space without sacrificing any natural light. We now have a kitchen we will be hosting family dinners in for many years to come! We cannot speak more highly of the professionalism and attention to detail we received and would not hesitate to recommend Ducon in the future. "

"We found working with everyone at Ducon to be a real pleasure. We felt the quality of work, of meeting deadlines, of craftsmanship and of interpersonal exchange, to be really outstanding. The high standards set by the company, coupled with their ability to be very clear and firm in meeting the expectations of the customer, combined to make a truly positive experience. We chose to live out of our house for two months while the renovation was going on: all deadlines were met, and we were back in our transformed house right on time. At that moment, I understood what the Project Manager meant when he had said that they were helping us to build our “dream home”. It is - so thank you all. "
