Since 1977, Ducon has delivered commercial, industrial, and institutional projects across Prince Edward County, the Bay of Quinte, and Northumberland County. Whether we manage the full scope from design through construction or come in as general contractor, every build gets the same standards: honest estimating, rigorous scheduling, clear communication, and a team that understands what a construction project means to the operations it serves.

Commercial Construction
New construction, additions, and renovations shaped around your operations, delivered on time, on budget, and with clear accountability throughout.

Industrial Construction
Facilities that demand precision in design, materials, and execution, built to perform as hard as the businesses inside them and supported long after the build.

Institutional Renovations
Hospitals, school boards, municipal facilities, and financial institutions. Projects where regulatory complexity and continuous operations leave no room for guesswork.

"We just wanted to thank you again- we were so pleased and impressed with your suggestions and ideas with regards to the kitchen! Ducon turned my mother’s dated kitchen into a lovely warm up to date space. The Project Manager was a pleasure to work with along with all the rest of the staff. They were understanding, efficient and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a referral. The work was done in a timely professional manner and any concerns were addressed promptly. "

"Ducon renovated our kitchen, and we cannot be more happy with the final result! Our kitchen had a lot of windows with a difficult layout. They took the time and worked with us to develop a design that allowed for more cupboard and counter space without sacrificing any natural light. We now have a kitchen we will be hosting family dinners in for many years to come! We cannot speak more highly of the professionalism and attention to detail we received and would not hesitate to recommend Ducon in the future. "

"Ducon managed two large projects for us: a new garage and a sunroom addition to our home. I can’t speak more highly of their professionalism, from their quality workmanship to their excellent communication. They completed both projects on time and on budget, showing up early every morning until the projects were completed and we were completely satisfied. Our Project Manager was always available for questions, offered helpful suggestions, and was a pleasure to work with. Our experience with Ducon was excellent and I’m happy to recommend Ducon to our friends and neighbors. "
