Many of our clients are at a significant moment in their lives — planning a retreat from the city, creating a gathering place for family, or finally bringing a long-held vision to life.

Ducon creates distinctive residential projects in Prince Edward County, the Quinte region, and Northumberland County — directly with clients as design-build partners or in collaboration with architects and engineers. Every project we build starts from a foundation of trust and a focus on clear communication, transparent budgeting, and meticulous craftsmanship.

"We have used Ducon for several home renovations and new builds over the past few years and have been very satisfied with the final results every time. Throughout each project, their skilled experts took the time to listen to our needs, provide guidance and suggestions, source the right materials and carefully execute on the vision. We were always impressed with their thoughtful attention to detail and ability to provide resources at every stage of the build. "

"Ducon renovated our kitchen, and we cannot be more happy with the final result! Our kitchen had a lot of windows with a difficult layout. They took the time and worked with us to develop a design that allowed for more cupboard and counter space without sacrificing any natural light. We now have a kitchen we will be hosting family dinners in for many years to come! We cannot speak more highly of the professionalism and attention to detail we received and would not hesitate to recommend Ducon in the future. "

"We found working with everyone at Ducon to be a real pleasure. We felt the quality of work, of meeting deadlines, of craftsmanship and of interpersonal exchange, to be really outstanding. The high standards set by the company, coupled with their ability to be very clear and firm in meeting the expectations of the customer, combined to make a truly positive experience. We chose to live out of our house for two months while the renovation was going on: all deadlines were met, and we were back in our transformed house right on time. At that moment, I understood what the Project Manager meant when he had said that they were helping us to build our “dream home”. It is - so thank you all. "
